Czechia S.R.O.

S.R.O. is the most common legal entity form in the Czech Republic and also the most popular. It is a limited liability company, meaning that shareholders have limited liability for the company's debts. S.R.O. does not require public participation in the market, and the requirements for shareholders and directors are relatively loose, with at least one shareholder and one director needed. Furthermore, S.R.O. does not require the appointment of a statutory representative and can be directed by anyone without the need for a company secretary. The minimum registered capital is 1 Czech crown, but it is recommended to be at least 1000 Czech crowns. The capital verification requirement is to actually pay 100% of the registered capital before the company is established, but if the registered capital exceeds 200,000 Czech crowns, it can be entrusted to Epsilon Global to pay on behalf.
